• Purchase Information: Subscription status and transaction history processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment card information.

3. Image Processing

SNKFIT uses Apple's Vision Framework for on-device image background removal. This processing occurs entirely on your device and the resulting image data is not transmitted to our servers for this purpose. Images you upload to your closet are stored securely in our cloud storage.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers (including cloud storage, analytics, and error monitoring services) that assist us in operating the App. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If your subscription lapses, your data is preserved and remains accessible when you resubscribe. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
